SUKARNO which means “Nu Beginning No End” Launched in summer 2009. It begs to put to death anything negative in an individual’s life so as to reach their maximum potential. Seeing the need for what was missing in the communities as far as fashion and social responsibility the faces behind Sukarno thought to create line that gives maximum exposure to both precepts. As far as fashion was concerned it was a need to be more unidentifiable with the local clothing lines and become more innovative as to compete on an international level. As far as social responsibility it was a returning to our first love which was love so that people can begin to feel a sense of unmasqueraded self worth again.
